House conversion for a private client from a bungalow into a modern house. Re-modeling and additional storey added. Situated in Royton

BEFORE

This was a 1960's bungalow in pink and yellow cast stone. The floorplan
was large with an internal garage.

The client wanted a modern 4/5 bedroom dwelling, so we added an extra storey creating the necessary
bedrooms and a striking dual height entrance atrium with designer staircase and floating first floor bridge.
