Langton Architecture is a professional practice of Architectural Designers and Planning Advisors. We provide these services to both the private and public sector. We have over 35 years experience in the fields of New Build, Alteration and Extension, and Refurbishment Work, and pride ourselves on the satisfaction expressed by our many clients over the years.
In 2024 we are transitioning from Langton Associates, doing more domestic scale projects, and specialising in the project management of domestic extensions and refurbishments, from initial concept design, budget costing, obtaining and managing a contractor to build the project through to completion, as we've already done many times. So for clients who have no experience of such projects, we take all the stress and management of the project away, leaving them to get on managing their own businesses and lives, and doing what they are good at.
Langton Architecture will hold your hand through the design process and advise on funding, costing, builders and getting it built. This new company is also NOT V.A.T. registered so domestic clients will save 20% on design costs. Our experience covers involvement in projects covering Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, and Housing, and we're looking to work on projects up to 1 million.
